In work the thermal method of removal the paraffin deposits in oil wells by means of a heating cable is investigated. The system of automatic control is developed for removal the paraffin deposits which allows to predict optimum size of current in heating cable and minimum time of its work. The temperature field in intertubes space and speed of convective thermal stream is defined. Thermal resistance of air gap is calculated.
