Management of laboriousness and cost of the high-tech production in mechanic engineering

The article proves the necessity for development of the management system for the laboriousness and cost of the high-tech production in mechanic engineering to improve the efficiency of employment of the costly material and labour resources. The development of the management system should take into account the principle features of researches and developments, the result of which is creation of the high-tech products, and which are systematized by the author.
