Labour management as a factor of economic dynamics in the sphere of services

The article analyzes the process of production and the subsequent provision of services by the same company. Now many enterprises producing goods for the population and business later provide services of different other kinds. As for the organization's administrative infrastructure it is traditionally formed as a kind of superstructure over the existing division between labour and producing. This results in a lack of unified commonly recognized approaches to the formation of organizational structures in various areas of service delivery.
