Labor motivation management in the framework of a vocational education

The problem of the staff motivation for training is especially relevant today. The article discusses the mechanism of motivation, analyzes the possibilities of application in the vocational education; the current educational methods have been identified according to the needs of the staff. A further analysis of the prospects for the labor motivation management will allow organizations to increase the level of efficiency in the use of human potential.
