Management of work resources of the enterprise in the conditions of the crisis

The relevance of scientific research is due to the fact that the effectiveness of the strategic development of an enterprise's business depends on the effectiveness of human resource management. Accordingly, the article analyzes the characteristics of the management of labor resources by enterprises of the Russian economy in a crisis. The results of the work found that thanks to the management of human resources, the professional development of employees, the efficiency of labor activity and the solution of problems within the framework of the personnel policy of the organization are ensured. Actual problems that arise in the process of human resource management in domestic practice were considered. The theoretical aspects of the concept of "management of labor resources" are described. The characteristics of the main methods that are used in the effective management of the enterprise's personnel in a crisis are analyzed.
