The sustainable development management in a non-profit organization with the use of human resources motivation

In this article the author looks at the problem of human resources motivation in non-profit organizations. Specificity of the activities of non-profit organizations requires a special approach to staff stimulation to ensure sustainable development. So, the author explores two types of employee motivation - material and non-material. Also, in this article there are examples of material and non-material incentives based on the non-commercial organization "Victoria".
