Cultural diversity should be considered in organizational management. Being a social phenomenon, culture has a significant impact on economic activity, forming a "coordinate system" of interaction between people. The phenomenon of culture, from the standpoint of its impact on the effectiveness of organizational management, is especially significant in those businesses that are conducted on a trans-border scale. Underestimation of the cultural aspect can become a source of significant problems for organizations, blocking their development and normal functioning. The article considers approaches to improving the effectiveness of organizational management based on cultural aspects.
