Staff engagement management as a factor in the success of university development

The article examines the concept of "personnel engagement", its role and importance for the successful development of an organization. Groups of engagement conditions that influence employee motivation are identified: manager's leadership; understanding of goals and objectives by staff; regular feedback; recognition culture; streamlined processes; effective communications and productive atmosphere in the team; a culture of healthy habits in the organization; career prospects; satisfaction with working conditions and remuneration. The article presents the results of the analysis of human capital management policy texts from the development programs of universities - participants in the main track of the Priority 2030 program from the Ural and Siberian Federal Districts for the use of the concepts of "engagement" and "involvement".
