Return flow management in retail chains

The scientific article provides a research analysis of the peculiarities of the formation of a control system for return flows in retail chains. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that due to return flows, not only the efficiency of the logistics of the distribution network decreases, but also the overall profitability of the organization. The article discusses the theoretical aspects of "return logistics". Its tasks and advantages are listed. The current problems of managing return flows in retail chains have been analyzed. The main directions of solving these problems through a mechanism for increasing the efficiency of return logistics are proposed.
