Time-management as an effective means of management

Due to the fact that management involves the effective use of all and a wide variety of resources to increase the productivity of human labor, in this article we will consider one of them - physical time. Effective time management is based on the fact that the employee must consciously assess himself when performing specific activities using a test-control over time estimation. Ways and methods of effective assimilation of information are proposed. The principles of applying time management in professional activities have been determined.
