The article analyzes the importance and role of knowledge management for modern enterprises in market conditions. Knowledge management at the present stage plays an important role by increasing the efficiency of organizational and production processes in accordance with the requirements, and ultimately leads to an increase in the competitiveness of the company. Today, it is the knowledge of employees and organizations that is the most important resource in the face of the uncertainty of the external environment, growing competition, and limited resources. At the moment, in order to make optimal decisions in a rapidly changing market, it is vital not only to have, but also to use wisely all the knowledge accumulated in the organization.
