The article is devoted to the study of the knowledge management system in a medical organization. When analyzing the current state of medicine, the author singles out the problem of the formation of personnel potential. The development of knowledge and internal factors in the personnel system of healthcare is possible only if there is rational management, which acts as a factor of efficiency.
