This article is devoted to personnel management as a factor in improving the competitiveness of an educational institution, achieving success in the implementation of its development strategy. In the conditions of infrastructure development, computerization, modern educational institutions are faced with such problems as competition, since people are the basis of educational institutions. We all understand that the very heart of most developing institutions is an educated staff.
