Simplified real estate registration procedure

The article discusses the simplified procedure for registering real estate. A comparative analysis of civil and land legislation, in terms of the acquisition of ownership of real estate. The analysis of the current issue of the existing conditions for the acquisition of ownership by prescription is given. It also compares the current provisions of civil law and the discussed Concept for the development of civil law; the theoretical aspects of this issue are clarified and the analysis of judicial practice materials is provided.
