The Urals metallurgy under the market reforms and denationalisation in the last decade of the 20th century

Based on the economic analysis the principle stages of privatisation of the leading country's industry - metallurgy are presented in the article by the example of the Urals metallurgy. The effort to bring to light the problem qualities of this ambiguous process is made by the author.
