The level of poverty and inequality in Russia

The article deals with the global problem of poverty and inequality, which is characteristic of all countries of the world community, including Russia. The authors analyze the data of Rosstat and the Ministry of Labor, various ratings, on the basis of which it is concluded that different approaches give different estimates of the degree and depth of inequality in Russia compared with other countries, in addition, Russia is characterized by the problem of a regional income gap both in terms of quality of life and well-being families.
