Background local immunity factors in chronic obstructive bronchitis in adolescence persons

Respiratory diseases occupy a leading position in the pathology of childhood and adolescence, to differ materially prevalence and tendency to recurrent course. The leading role in the protracted course of inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract in children and adolescents belong to immunological mechanisms, which involve a wide range of cytokines responsible for the activation, proliferation and chemotaxis of different cells. The aim of this work was to study the level of local immunity factors in bronchoalveolyar lavage during exacerbation of chronic obstructive bronchitis in patients adolescence. The revealed features of production in the bronchoalveolar fluid sIgA, ILIβ and IL-8 in patients with COB during adolescence may be the appropriate method of valuation of complex relationships of various parts of the immune response, as well as a promising opportunity to correct selection immunotropic cytokine therapy.
