Standard and quality of life as a factor of self-development local communities of the Murmansk region

The intensive development of local communities and economic development lead to functional changes in the quality of life of the population. A comprehensive study of the existing standard of living of the state of the socio-economic environment, which is necessary for making decisions on optimizing the urban environment. The research helps to solve social and economic problems of the quality of life. The purpose of the article is to reveal the properties of the essential characteristics of living conditions and the state of the population of the Murmansk region, which are a significant factor in the self-development of local communities. The object of the study is the level and quality of life, the subject of the study is the characteristics of the level and quality of life as a factor in the development of local communities on the example of the population of the Murmansk region.
