The level of essential microelements in the meat of pigs after a period of feeding them with hotynetsk natural zeolites

The purpose of the research was to study the influence of Hotynetsk natural zeolites supplement on the level of some essential trace elements in meat, liver and blood of pigs grown in conditions of industrial pork production technology. The experiment was carried out in the pig breeding complex of OJSC "Magnitny+" in the Kursk region. The object of research was the young stock of pigs on fattening (large white × landras × duroc). At the age of 90 days, two groups of analogical animals were formed, each group included 25 heads. The pigs of the control group received the main diet, the experimental group in addition to the main diet, was fed with Hotinetsky natural zeolites supplement, in calculation of 3% of the feed dry matter weight. The results of the research showed that the feeding of Hotinetsky natural zeolites had a stimulating effect on pigs' productivity and promoted an increase in the level of essential microelements in their blood, meat and liver. Thus, the live weight of the experimental group pigs at the end of the experiment was 102.24±0.63 kg, which was higher by 2.13 kg (2.13%, P
