In this article, the author considered the issue of customer loyalty. The concept of loyalty, its efficiency in the company's work, as well as the difference between this concept and satisfaction from the level of service were studied. Also, the author presented the main questions, answers to which will allow the company to competently develop a strategy to increase customer loyalty.
