Level of law consciousness and quality of law enforcement as a criteria of efficiency of constitutional mechanism of overcoming legal nihilism

This article is devoted to the analysis of the level of public sense of justice and the quality of law enforcement as criteria for the effectiveness of a constitutional mechanism for overcoming legal nihilism. The article substantiates the admissibility of using the criteria considered for evaluating the effectiveness of the named mechanism. In conclusion, the author deduces that the effectiveness of the constitutional mechanism for overcoming legal nihilism and the effectiveness of constitutional legal regulation as a whole is interdependent.
