The professional level of parochial schools teachers in the Russian empire in 80-90 years of the 19th century (on the example of Mordovia)

The article is dedicated to the problems of preparation of teaching staff for the parochial schools in 80- 90 years of the 19th century. The author shows what measures were being taken by local organs of administration in the parochial schools for advancing the teachers professional level in Mordovia.
