The level of subjective control as a determinant of conflict behavior

In this article, the author reveals the concept of subjective control as a determinant of conflict behavior. Based on the conducted research, a conclusion is made about the relationship between the level of subjective control (external and internal locus of control) and the level of personality conflict. The author reveals and describes in detail the relationship between a high and low level of subjective control of personality, as well as a high and low level of personality conflict. In this study, the author's methodology «Self-assessment of conflict» is used to determine the level of conflict.
