Level of life among rural population of Tuva and medical service for patients with narcotism

Substance abuse treatment availability for rural population of the Republic of Tuva depending on level of life, which is operationalised through system of sociometric indices, is considered. Provision of population with medical personnel was revealed and functions of medical post, which do not match level of life of population of specific districts of the Republic, were identified.
