The levels of workers’ adaptation to innovative changes at industrial enterprises

The article deals with adaptation of workers to innovative changes. The paper considers peculiarities of the innovative behaviour of workers at different stages of adaptation to the enterprise (dysfunctional, stereotype-based, stereotype-proactive, proactive). The authors develop a forecast of the workers’ attitude to the transformations and propose measures aimed at the reducing of social and psychological tension.
