Crop productivity and quality of modern varieties and hybrides of white cabbage

The paper presents the results of studies on the evaluation of modern varieties and hybrids of white cabbage for yield, marketability and quality. Domestic hybrids were identified Bomond-Agro F1, Quartet F1 and Gerzoginya F1, consistently providing high yields on all backgrounds of mineral nutrition. The evaluation of varieties and hybrids based on biochemical quality indicators was carried out.
