Strengthening the role of the manager in the personal management system of the service sector

This article discusses the actual problem today - the role of the head in the management personnel system of the organization. Due to the instability of the Russian economy in recent years, organizations and enterprises are in an extremely difficult situation, due to which the role of the head as the leading link of any organization increases. The article defines the concept of a manager, determines his place in the organization, and also discusses some of the mistakes they make in their managerial activities.
