Shearing loads of plants of winter rapeseed and oilseeds flax

The paper reports the results of studies of efforts of a cut of a winter canola plant and oilseed flax plant. It is established that the effort of a cut of one stalk of a canola can reach 300 N, oilseed flax - 60 N, tension of a cut reaches 5 N/mm 2 canola and 15 N/mm 2 in flax. Work size on a cut stalks increased with increasing diameter and reaches 7 J canola and 0.3 J - the flax. Specific work (per unit area of cut) did not exceed 0.05 J/mm 2 in canola, and 0.08 J/mm 2 in oilseed flax.
