Inventions are very important form of intellectual creativity for commercial and development of society in general. Apart from that, inventions are very strong competitive means. The existence of inventions needs legal protection. The legal protection of inventions can be obtained through special administrative procedure under three basic conditions of substantive patent law. They are: news, certain inventive level and commercial applicability of the invention. An invention is new if it does not belong under the existing level of technique in the world. Certain creative level directs to a higher level of improving technique that doesn’t arise out of a regular and a predictable technological development. Commercial applicability is possibility of using the invention in production of goods or rendering of services.
