In the conditions of modern realities, the development of healthcare largely depends on the processes of cooperation and partnership in various areas of healthcare. Along with the fragmentary, short-term cooperation agreements on the implementation of hotel design solutions, the conditions of long-term partnership based on publicprivate partnership are being formed. The implementation of such development trends contribute to improving the efficiency of medical organizations, which in turn expands the opportunity to solve current problems of socioeconomic development and contributes to improving the quality of life of the population. The main principle of the state policy in healthcare as the most important component of the national strategy is creating conditions for the distribution of knowledge, information and resources. In this context, public-private partnership will contribute not to the development of individual medical organizations, but to the whole field of medical services. The implementation of the healthcare development program is impossible without the support of the authorities, which, in turn, should be organically combined with market mechanisms, without replacing or suppressing their action. Thus, the formation and development of effective strategic segments presupposes the interaction of all economic entities of the integrated system in the format of public-private partnership: medical business, infrastructure enterprises and government authorities.
