The purpose of the research presented in the article was to determine the conditions for increasing the formation of reflexive actions associated with the control and assessment of methods for solving problems in younger schoolchildren, in particular in children of 9 years old. It was assumed that the author's non-educational program "Understanding 1" creates such conditions. The control group consisted of 107 children, the experimental group - 112 children who participated in 28 group sessions (weekly, from September to April). The research has shown that lessons under the "Understanding 1" program significantly contribute to an increase in the formation of the studied reflexive actions in 9-year-old children.
