Conditions of psychological safety of students of a professional educational organization: organizational and preparatory stage of the regional innovation site

The article considers the urgent problem of increasing risks of destructive manifestations of extremism, terrorism, suicidal behavior among young people and raises the question of the need to increase the level of psychological safety of students. The author believes that the system of traditional preventive anti-terrorist measures of professional educational organizations ignores the subjective activity of the student himself, and the latest achievements of psychology of the late 20th - early 21st centuries are not taken into account in psychological and pedagogical work. The concept of “psychological safety of the individual” is proposed to be considered not through the state of protection of the psyche from external and internal threats, but through the state of subjective well-being arising from the activation of adaptive and transadaptive resources of the individual and awareness of their ability to overcome external and internal threats in the process of personal and professional development. The author considers the need to develop the personal potential of students in the educational process through the introduction of new academic disciplines, innovative educational technologies and forms of training, education and development of students, the development and testing of a game transformation model of first-year students’ adaptation to be one of the main organizational and pedagogical conditions for increasing the level of psychological safety of students. The article provides examples of specific work to improve the level of psychological safety of students of a pedagogical college at the organizational and preparatory stage of the regional innovation site. The experience of conducting (according to the author’s methodology) art projects as an innovative technology for the prevention of destructive personal deformations is separately considered, the author’s approach to teaching the academic discipline on psychological safety of students is revealed. The author focuses on the importance of this work for future teachers. This article presents the results of the first stage of the regional innovation platform.
