Conditions for the development of local territories: theoretical aspect

In the study the questions of localization from theoretical point of view and the accounting of researches on this problem of scientific Russian and foreign schools were considered. Accurate and concretizing idea of economic development of the territory of the country was based on allocation of researches, features and conditions for economic growth. In this sense the definition of essence of localization and conditions represented a new scientific direction which allows defining local territories for optimization of production of agricultural production on the basis of criteria approach. As a result of the analysis two polar directions defining conditions of territorial localization were defined. The opinions of scientists-economists in the field of formation and functioning of set of local territories significantly differed both in the principles of formation of local territories, and the conditions necessary for their development.
