The current macroeconomic conditions are difficult for Russian business. The construction services market is developing under the influence of restrictions caused by a complex of factors and conditions that affect demand and liquidity, having a long-term nature. Networking is a way of adapting construction companies at the regional level to negative situational trends that do not require significant material costs and allow acquiring some advantages in the short term. The resources of network interaction become the necessary competitive advantages, transforming both the conditions that influence the choice of a place for the placement of production, and the very system of designing economic relations, processes and phenomena occurring in the economic space. The study presents a model for developing strategic solutions for managing the development of an entrepreneurial network providing construction services. Subjects of investment in the construction industry are considered. The creation of an entrepreneurial network in the construction industry contributes to the effective centralization of production and strengthening of specialization based on the unification of organizations within the production construction cycle, subsequent promotion, sale of services. The article presents the key principles of control and development of business networks, on which the network mechanisms of interaction of companies in the regional markets of construction services are based.
