Conditions for the student tourism development in the regions

The article analyzes the publications of domestic and foreign scientists related to the problem of research. It has been proven that the rapid growth of student tourism positive effects on the domestic tourism development. The author studies programs and projects aimed at the student tourism development in Russian regions at the present stage. An analysis of the adaptation of the student tourism program and the popular project "University shifts" in the region (through the example of Sverdlovsk oblast) was carried out; youth interest in further promoting student tourism confirmed; problems and conditions for the development of student tourism in the regions were identified. Based on the results of the study, the author developed and substantiated proposals, the implementation of which will be one of the main conditions for the development of student tourism in the regions.
