Conditions of implementation and difficulty of the Central bank of Russia when conducting the inflation targeting mode

This article discusses the conditions for the implementation of monetary policy aimed at reducing inflation and maintaining the stability of the ruble. An analysis of the circumstances that complicate the effective implementation by the Central Bank of inflation targeting policies in the Russian Federation is presented. The author identifies the first results and negative consequences of the implementation of the considered state policy in the short term.
