Terms of introduction of obligatory form of insurance of agricultural risks

In this article a question is considered about possibility of acceptance of obligatory form of insurance of agrarian risks in Russia. Examples of countries of post-soviet space are made, where the obligatory form of insurance takes place in agriculture. Terms that must anticipate introduction of obligatory form of insurance are certain. It is marked that operating today norms and rules of insurance of harvest of agricultural cultures these terms do not answer.
