Social insurance services for ensuring environmental safety in industrial facilities of Siberia

The paper discusses the functioning of the social insurance system to ensure the environmental safety of the population employed at production facilities in Siberia. The author determines the load of production facilities on the environmental safety of Siberian territories by calculating the insurance raising coefficient. Based on its minimum and maximum values, an analysis is made of the distribution of production load throughout Siberia. The share of the economically active population at risk in the industries of each subject of Siberia is shown. The financial indicators of social insurance activities to ensure the environmental safety of the population in production are given. Indicators of insurance premiums and payments on occupational risks made it possible to calculate the budget surplus of the social insurance fund, as well as to analyze the production responsibility of the Siberian territories. The structure of industries whose production facilities have the maximum impact on the environmental safety of Siberian territories is shown.
