In paper results of experimental activity of primary school teachers of a gymnasium on introduction of the differentiated approach to training and education of boys and girls of elementary school are presented. It is stressed, that success of the pupil is not only objective parameter of high results of cognitive activity, but also its positive self-estimation. It is emphasized that separate and parallel training of younger pupils involves the opening of identity according to the sex and it is directed at improving the educational process.
