Successful experience in the implementation of a reconstruction project of a complex industrial facility in the eyes of its participant

The article examines the main differences between reconstruction projects and «classical» construction projects, provides examples of unsuccessful organizational and managerial decisions. The author presents the experience of the successful implementation of a project for the reconstruction of a complex industrial facility using a 4D model. Describes successful solutions to this project, the tasks of an independent coordinating engineer, gives examples of motivating project participants to achieve a common result. Formulates recommendations on the use of innovative 4D modeling technology to reduce the construction and reconstruction time of complex objects.
