Accuracy of manufacturing the cranked shafts at the forced diesel engines depends on accuracy of geo-metrical form and the sizes of base case details and units in which loss of stability is the result of buckling caused by redistribution of initial technological residual pressure, existing in a cranked shaft, and in the absence of external influences (power, temperature). For increase the dimensional stability of cranked shafts along with use of widespread technological processes such as natural aging, thermal processing finds application a method of vibrating aging. In many cases the method of vibrating aging can replace the expensive thermal processing demanding reduction of time of aging and complex equipment.
