Establishment of fundamental physical laws of supply and demand of the goods "Crime", price of crimes, tension and power in social systems

Introduction: the author gives the continuation of the criminological task on supply and demand for the goods "crime"; analyses errors made by criminologists regarding the severity of criminal punishments; substantiates fundamental physical laws of appropriate economical and criminological phenomena - supply and demand, price of the goods of crimes, social and personal tension and power with receiving and explanation necessary for the research criminological processes of physical formulae. Materials and Methods: econometric approaches (correlation and regression analysis); a mathematics analysis method (function study); probability theory method (probability and chances calculation); micro-economic method (supply and demand analysis, marginal rates of sought and actual). Results: the author establishes laws of supply and demand on the goods "crime" both according to empirical data and in a fundamental view; establishes the law of tension of sellers and customers of the goods "crime" producing the size of the demand through social tension and its absence; analog economic and physical law explaining behavior of sellers and customers of the goods "crime"; supply and demand of the goods "crime" equivalent to current strength in physical systems, price is an analogue of resistance, tension is a difference between difference in potential of desired and present for the given personality or social group, causing current strength through resistance (a price of the goods of crimes); the attention is paid to the goods "crime" that is heavily and positively dependent on the level of personal tension and heavily but negatively on the level of prices on the goods "crime"...
