Establishing a period of probation for advocates in order to minimize the risk of providing unqualified legal assistance to clients

In the article, the author draws attention to the necessity to amend the current mechanism of admission to the Bar. The actual mechanism does not exclude the of admission to the Bar of those whose personal qualities and individual psychological characteristics do not correspond to the chosen professional activity, which can ultimately lead to occupational destruction and, as a result, to inability to provide qualified legal assistance to clients.
