Establishment of the location and travelling routes of participants in criminal activities related to the displacement and subsequent detention of victims

The article notes the prevalence of displacement and retention of victims as ways of committing crimes; emphasizes the relevance of establishing the location not only of victims, but also of criminals and the routes of their joint movement; identifies typical investigative situations typical of reports on the crimes under study; proposes algorithms for the production of procedural, including investigative actions and operational-search activities to establish the location and routes of movement of the participants in the crime; and provides information on the methods of the investigation of the victims' movement.
