Sustainable development of agricultural production operating subjects of the Omsk region

Formation of conditions for ensuring sustainable development of agricultural production of economic entities of the municipal formation is the most important goal of state social and economic policy, where institutional, industrial and social development is priority, while ensuring environmentally safe use of natural factors. The basic unit of administrative influence in the formation of the concept of sustainable development is the economic entity, which includes organizations of various forms of ownership in the rural area, as well as the organization of the socio-cultural sphere. The methodological aspects of the creation and functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism for the sustainable development of the subjects of agrarian production of municipal entities, consisting of a set of interrelated organizational, economic and regulatory legal effects, allowing to identify the most effective tools and directions for development, interaction and coherence of system elements, are specified. The mechanism provides an opportunity on the basis of assessing the degree of development of agricultural production to group the areas and develop a set of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development based on the diversification of agricultural production and improve the efficiency of the agrarian economy. An organizational tool is proposed in the form of an institution for regulating organizational, economic and social relations associated with the development of agricultural production.
