Sustainable development of the territory: socio-economic problems of the Arctic region on the example of the Yamal peninsula

The Summary in English: The northern territories of Russia are unique natural territories. Extreme climatic and natural features of the peninsula make problematic long-term residence of visitors from the "mainland". And only indigenous peoples are physiologically adapted to life in the Arctic, where historically there is an arctic economic and cultural type of tundra reindeer herders, hunters and fishermen.
