Sustainable development - an evolution perspective for the mankind

The article discusses the main trends in the development of modern law at the stage of digital transformation - from cyber law, through integration law, network law, platform law and towards the concept of sustainable development, on which the law of sustainable development is formed. The main trends in the legal development of modernity are substantiated, the causes and consequences of social phenomena causing the evolution of law are explained with an emphasis on the formation of the law of sustainable development, its features and characteristics. The methods of comparative law, integration comparative law, the methodology of network, platform and ecosystem law, as well as the law of sustainable development are used. Conclusions and recommendations for researchers and practitioners are made.
