Steadiness of scientific theories: theoretical and systemic vision of the issue

There is analyzed the issue of steadiness of scientific theories. There is given the comparative analysis of classical and non-classical theories from the position of its steadiness and changeability with the purpose to find out the ways of minimization of a scientific theory.
