Stability of regional economic systems under macroeconomic shocks

The modern economy is under the influence of a series of crisis events, which, due to their superposition, give rise to significant and profound changes in the environment for the implementation of economic activity. To manage economic systems and maintain their stability at the micro level in such conditions, PEST-analysis, its modifications, and other similar methods are traditionally used. The regional level of the economy is specific. It consists in the fact that a clear division of factors into external and internal can be difficult. In this case, it is fair to speak about the allocation of special - "mixed" factors. The article proposes to take this circumstance into account in order to achieve the stability of regional economic systems in the face of macroeconomic shocks.
