Elimination of the conflict of interests as the fight against corruption form

Such form of fight against corruption as elimination of the conflict of interests is considered in the article. The basic problems in law interpretation are revealed and interpretation of the specified term, separate variants of the solution are offered on the basis of the analysis of the data of practices and research of the current anticorruption legislation.
